Humantay Lake (Laguna Humantay) is a stunning glacial lake located in the Andes of southern Peru, sitting at an altitude of approximately 13,780 feet above sea level. Nestled beneath the towering, snow-capped Humantay Mountain—part of the Vilcabamba Range—the lake is renowned for its vibrant turquoise waters, which are fed by melting glaciers.
