Arachnothryx leucophylla
Arachnothryx leucophylla is native to tropical and subtropical regions of Central America, thriving in warm, humid environments with partial sun exposure. It typically grows as a small shrub and is distinguished by its striking inflorescences, composed of multiple deep pink tubular flowers arranged in compact clusters. Each bloom opens into four broad, slightly notched lobes of deep pink, arranged in a star-like form. This species is valued in ornamental gardening for its vivid color, extended blooming season, and ability to attract pollinators. Photographed in Florida.
