Tabernaemontana pandacaqui

Native from southern China through Southeast Asia to the western Pacific, Tabernaemontana pandacaqui is an evergreen shrub or small tree of coastal and lowland vegetation. Clusters bear white pinwheel-shaped flowers with narrow, slightly crinkled lobes. Glossy opposite leaves and branching green flower stalks surround the compact inflorescences.
