Tabernaemontana pachysiphon


Native to tropical eastern Africa, Tabernaemontana pachysiphon is an evergreen shrub or small tree of humid forest and woodland. Clusters carry white flowers with narrow twisted lobes and thick tubular bases among elongated green buds. The glossy opposite leaves have prominent lateral veins, and the plant produces milky latex.
