Native to the northern Andes, Viburnum tinoides is an evergreen shrub or small tree of moist montane forest and forest margins. Opposite leaves have toothed edges and strongly marked veins. Broad branching clusters contain numerous small white flowers and rounded buds, later developing into small fleshy fruits. Photographed in Colombia.
