Native to Colombia, Viburnum lasiophyllum is a shrub or small tree of Andean forest and high-elevation scrub. Opposite broad leaves show prominent veins and finely toothed margins. Rounded terminal clusters contain many small white flowers and cream-colored buds, followed by fleshy fruits that develop as the season advances. Photographed in Colombia.
