Schaueria calytricha

Schaueria calytricha is a tropical shrub native to southeastern Brazil. Opposite leaves form a dense background for elongated white flowers borne in terminal clusters. Each slender corolla tube divides into narrow lobes, while fine hairs give parts of the inflorescence a soft texture. Research-grade observations document the accepted species in Ecuador and Peru.
