Scaphyglottis bidentata

Scaphyglottis bidentata is a small epiphytic orchid native from Central America into northwestern South America. Slender pseudobulb-like stems grow in chains and carry narrow leaves near their tips. Small pale flowers emerge close to the upper nodes, with a lip ending in two distinct teeth. Research-grade observations document the species in Panama. Photographed in Colombia.
