Rubus rosifolius is an erect or climbing shrub native to central and southern China and tropical Asia. Its prickly stems bear compound leaves with sharply toothed leaflets. White flowers have five petals surrounding numerous stamens and a greenish center, followed by red, raspberry-like fruits. The species is naturalized in Colombia. Photographed in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta.
