Rubus floribundus

Rubus floribundus is a scrambling Andean shrub native to western South America. Arching stems bear prickles and compound toothed leaves, while broad clusters carry many white flowers with numerous stamens. The aggregate fruits darken as they mature. The species grows in montane forest edges, thickets, and disturbed slopes. Research-grade observations document it in Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru. Photographed in Colombia.
