Rondeletia odorata
Rondeletia odorata is an evergreen shrub native to Cuba. Its leathery, opposite leaves have wavy margins, and the slender branches are covered with fine hairs. Rounded clusters of red tubular flowers develop at branch tips, with spreading lobes surrounding a yellow throat. The round capsules split into two valves to release numerous seeds.
