Rheum rhabarbarum (Rhubarb)

Native to Buryatiya, China North-Central, China South-Central, Chita, Inner Mongolia, and Irkutsk and nearby regions, this is an herbaceous plant in the Polygonaceae family. An edible plant with many cultivars and hybrids. Photographed in the department of Cundinamarca, Colombia.
