Raphanus sativus (Radish)


Native to Nativa de Eurasia | cultivada en casi todo el mundo, this is an herbaceous plant in the Brassicaceae family. An anciently cultivated vegetable, likely originating between the Mediterranean and the Caspian Sea, The plant is weedy throughout North and South America. It’s grown globally, and depending on the cultivar, it can be cultivated for its spicy root, leaves, seeds, or seed pods.
