Portlandia grandiflora (Jamaican Bell Flower)

Native to Jamaica, this is a tree in the Rubiaceae family. A tropical tree endemic to Jamaica and Cuba. The plant is distinguished by its sizeable, white, leathery, trumpet-shaped, fragrant flowers. An underused ornamental. Photographed in Miami.
