Phalaenopsis amboinensis × bellina
Phalaenopsis amboinensis × bellina is a cultivated orchid hybrid between two epiphytic species native to Southeast Asia. It grows from a short stem with broad leathery leaves and produces flowers on arching spikes. The blooms combine yellow-orange segments, reddish markings, and a vivid magenta lip. As with other Phalaenopsis orchids, it is grown in warm conditions with filtered light and airy roots. Photographed in Florida.
