Native to the stretch from Mexico to Tropical America, this climbing liana thrives in the wet tropical biome. Its delicate cream-colored flowers, around 2 inches long are scented. The fruits are not for the palate. Photographed in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, Colombia.
