Hailing from Madagascar, with a significant presence in gardens across warmer climates globally. Esteemed for its ornamental appeal, it was honored with the Award of Garden Merit by the Royal Horticultural Society. Typically reaching a height of 3 feet, it is drought-tolerant, heat-loving, and everblooming. ​Various hybrids have been developed with different flower colors and sizes.
