Clusia celiae
Clusia celiae is a rare tree native to Colombia. It is a member of the Clusiaceae family, known for species with thick foliage and striking flowers. The fragrant blossoms of Clusia celiae feature broad, waxy white petals that give them a smooth, satiny appearance, with a dense, pale pink and yellow central cluster of stamens and styles. The flowers are large and showy, often spanning several inches across, making them stand out against the dark green, leathery leaves. Photographed in Los Estoraques, Colombia.
