
Clerodendrum thomsoniae (Bleeding Heart Vine)
Native to tropical West Africa it’s an evergreen liana, growing up to approximately 13 feet tall in its natural habitat. The plant is well-regarded for its decorative white flowers with dark red corollas, providing a striking visual contrast, There are a few cultivars of this plant known, one with variegated leaves and another with larger white bracts with a lilac blush, alongside a large red bract variant.
