The third largest city in Colombia (a metropolitan of 3,500,000) located in the southwest portion of country in the Valley of Cauca on the eastern side of the western Andes mountain range. The elevation is 3,300 feet with an average high of 85 and an average low of 66 with moderate rain year-round.
