Originating from the Mediterranean region, an edible herb kknown for its bright blue or white, star-shaped flowers. The leaves and flowers are known to be used for fever, cough, and depression. It's also utilized for addressing a hormonal issue known as adrenal insufficiency, among other uses​​.
