Begonia glabra

Native to Belize, Bolivia, northeastern Brazil, northern Brazil, southeastern Brazil, and Colombia and nearby regions, this is a vine in the Begoniaceae family. Distributed from Mexico and the Caribbean through Central America to tropical South America. This succulent climbing herb roots at its nodes and produces branched inflorescences of white flowers often flushed with pink. Photographed in the Chocó region of Ecuador.
