Passiflora (species unidentified)

This unidentified flowering plant was recorded in the Sierra Nevada and is retained at the genus level as Passiflora because the species has not been established. The specimen was observed in a woody tree form. Its flower has broad white petals surrounding a dense golden corona and a raised central reproductive column. Photographed in the Sierra Nevada.
