Zephyranthes carinata

Native to Colombia, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Honduras, central Mexico, and northeastern Mexico and nearby regions, this is an herbaceous plant in the Amaryllidaceae family. The rosepink rain lily is a bulbous perennial that grows in seasonally dry tropical habitats. This plant is known for its unique blooming habit, triggered by heavy rainfall, though cultivated specimens can be prompted to flower throughout the year​​​​​​.
