Waltheria glomerata


Native to tropical America, Waltheria glomerata is a shrub of open woodland, scrub, roadsides, and other disturbed ground. Broad gray-green leaves have toothed edges and a softly hairy surface. Dense rounded clusters of many tiny yellow flowers develop directly along the branches and at the leaf axils. Photographed in Colombia.
