Vriesea weberi

Native to Ecuador, Vriesea weberi is an epiphytic bromeliad of wet tropical forest. Strap-shaped leaves form a rosette around the base. The inflorescence carries reddish brown bracts, from which long yellow tubular flowers project on curved axes. Pale stamens and a slender style extend beyond the flower opening.
