Tradescantia cerinthoides

Native to southern South America, Tradescantia cerinthoides is a trailing perennial herb with succulent stems and broad clasping leaves. The leaves may be green or striped with cream and purple, while stems and flower buds often carry conspicuous hairs. Three broad pink petals surround bright yellow anthers in each open flower.
