Tiedemannia filiformis

Native to the southeastern United States, Tiedemannia filiformis is a slender perennial herb of wet savannas, marshes, and shallow water. Narrow hollow stems rise above reduced leaves and branch near the top. Small white flowers are arranged in compound umbels, the characteristic flower structure of the carrot family.
