Taraxacum officinale

Native to Subcosmopolita, it is an herbaceous plant in the Asteraceae family. Documented elevations extend from about 3,600 to 14,100 feet. It grows on non-woody stems and produces flowers among or above the foliage. Photographed in Colombia.
