Symphyotrichum 'Wood's Purple'

Developed in cultivation, Symphyotrichum ‘Wood’s Purple’ is a compact perennial selected for its dense mound of foliage and abundant autumn flowers. Each flower head has violet-purple rays surrounding a golden yellow disk. Branching stems produce many buds and blossoms together, creating a broad display above the low leafy clump.
