Stevia lucida

A shrub native to the tropical American highlands, Stevia lucida grows in open mountain vegetation and forest margins. Broad terminal clusters contain many small pale pink to lavender flower heads, each composed of narrow tubular florets. Opposite leaves have toothed margins and a glossy to lightly hairy surface.
