Solidago rugosa Fireworks arching branches densely lined with tiny yellow flower heads

Solidago rugosa 'Fireworks'

A cultivated selection of an eastern North American perennial, Solidago rugosa ‘Fireworks’ forms upright clumps with narrow toothed leaves. Long arching lateral branches carry dense rows of tiny yellow flower heads, creating a cascading display around the central stems. The branching pattern distinguishes this selection from more compact goldenrods. Photographed in Florida.
