The potato vine, is a perennial evergreen climber originating from South America. It thrives as an ornamental plant in gardens, valued for its white or pale blue flowers. It has also naturalized in parts of Australia. A noteworthy cultivar, 'Album,' boasts white flowers that have garnered the Royal Horticultural Society's Award of Garden Merit. This cultivar can withstand temperatures down to 14°F. Photographed in Bogotá, Colombia.
