Solanum hazenii

A woody nightshade native to northwestern South America, Solanum hazenii inhabits tropical forest edges and secondary vegetation. Branched clusters carry small white star-shaped flowers with narrow petals and prominent yellow anther cones. The broad leaves and young stems are covered with fine hairs, and rounded berries follow the flowers. Photographed in Colombia.
