Sobralia virginalis

Native to Colombia and Peru, it is an orchid in the Orchidaceae family. It has been documented at about 5,850 feet in elevation. Its foliage supports flowers on one or more flowering stems, with the floral form providing the principal identifying feature. Photographed in Colombia.
