Selenicereus undatus

A climbing cactus native to tropical America, Selenicereus undatus develops long three-angled green stems that root onto supports. Its exceptionally large nocturnal flowers have broad white inner segments, narrow yellow-green outer segments, and numerous pale stamens. The flowers are followed by the edible fruits known as dragon fruit. Photographed in Colombia.
