Long narrow leaves rise above flattened pseudobulbs, while upright branching stems carry multiple flowers. Brown and yellow patterned sepals surround broad pale pink to white lips. The species grows in humid montane forest. Research-grade observations document it in Panama. Photographed in Colombia.
