Rhododendron Vireya 'Wild Child'

Rhododendron Vireya ‘Wild Child’ is a cultivated tropical rhododendron hybrid selected for its vivid flowers. Evergreen leathery leaves frame clusters of red-orange trumpet-shaped blossoms with yellow shading in their throats. The flowers are grouped at shoot tips, where their long fused corollas contrast with the compact whorls of evergreen foliage. Photographed in Florida.
