Prosthechea radiata

Prosthechea radiata is a pseudobulbous epiphytic orchid native from Mexico to Nicaragua. Compact pseudobulbs support narrow leaves and upright flower clusters. The white flowers have spreading segments and broad lips marked with fine purple lines near yellow-green centers. The species grows mainly in wet tropical forest. Research-grade observations document it in Colombia and Panama. Photographed in Colombia.
