Primula x polyantha (Primrose Hybrids)

Native to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, and Great Britain and nearby regions, this is an herbaceous plant in the Primulaceae family. Originating as a natural hybrid from Europe is a product of the crosses between common cowslip and common primrose, thriving where these parent species coexist. Photographed in Bogotá, Colombia.
