Native to Panama, Colombia, and Venezuela, displaying a remarkable profusion of white flowers with yellow centers that resemble a bouquet. It is an evergreen shrub that blooms throughout the year and it not fragrant​. It has a few cultivars. Photographed in Barranquilla, Colombia.
