Phlegmariurus linifolius

Phlegmariurus linifolius is a tropical American firmoss that commonly grows as an epiphyte on trees or wet rock faces. Long hanging shoots are densely covered with narrow leaves and reproduce by spores rather than flowers. Its pendent growth is adapted to humid forest environments.
