Passiflora alnifolia is a tropical climbing plant in the passionflower family. It is documented in Colombia and Ecuador, where it grows in moist Andean habitats and uses tendrils to climb surrounding vegetation. Its flowers have pale petals and sepals around a contrasting purple-and-white corona, with the reproductive column held prominently at the center. Photographed in Colombia.
