Paphiopedilum Supersuk 'Eureka' × Raisin Pie 'Hsinying'

Developed in cultivation, this perennial hybrid slipper orchid comes from selected plants of Supersuk and Raisin Pie. The named parent selections are ‘Eureka’ and ‘Hsinying’. Its flowers combine purple and green tones, a pointed upper sepal, and an inflated pouch-shaped lip. Like other slipper orchids, it lacks pseudobulbs and grows in leaf fans. Seed-grown offspring from a hybrid cross can differ in flower color and form. Photographed in Florida.
