Oncidium Witches Jewel 'Ivory Lips'

Developed in cultivation from Reversion and Ron’s Rippling Delight, this perennial hybrid orchid bears brown to burgundy flowers with broad, contrasting ivory lips. Its blossoms are about two inches across and can last up to a month. Flowering usually occurs in fall and winter. Successive growths develop along a rhizome, with pseudobulbs storing water between periods of active growth. Photographed in Florida.
