Oncidium sceptrum
An epiphytic orchid native to the montane forests of Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and Venezuela. This species thrives at elevations ranging from approximately 1,640 to 8,200 feet. It features an upright growth habit and is celebrated for its large, visually striking yellow flowers adorned with brown spots, which emit a faint fragrance.
