Munnozia hastifolia

Native to Argentina Northwest, Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and Venezuela, it is a shrub in the Asteraceae family. Documented elevations extend from about 1,450 to 8,850 feet. It develops branching woody stems and dense foliage, with flowers arranged singly or in inflorescences. Photographed in Colombia.
