Miltoniopsis roezlii xanthina × Black Gold 'Red Flare'

Of cultivated hybrid origin, this perennial orchid combines a yellow-flowered form of Miltoniopsis roezlii with Black Gold ‘Red Flare’. It belongs to the pansy-orchid group, whose broad, flat flowers have a large lower lip. Flattened pseudobulbs carry a single terminal leaf, with flower stalks emerging beside the basal leaves.
