Marsdenia floribunda

Native to Madagascar, this evergreen woody climber is widely known as Madagascar jasmine or bridal wreath. Its twining stems can extend sixteen feet or more. Clusters of highly fragrant white flowers arise at the leaf joints, each with a slender tube ending in five spreading lobes. The waxy flowers can reach about two inches long. The species belongs to the dogbane family. Photographed in Peru.
