Macroptilium lathyroides


Native to Central and South America, and the Caribbean. This species can exhibit an erect, trailing, or twining growth habit, often reaching a height of around about 5 feet. Known for its invasive nature, particularly in regions such as Florida and Australia. Its edibility and serves as a green manure and cover crop​.
